Fun with Pandemic Numbers
As Mark Twain popularized, there are ‘lies, damned lies, and statistics.’ According to whomever provides the corporate media with its data, there are 36 million ‘cases’ of Covid-19 around the world resulting in over one million deaths which is an Infection Fatality Rate (IFR) of .028%. But what if the infection rate is higher than 36,000,000? Indeed, in an astonishingly unreported event, the World Health Organization just the other day posited that the global pandemic infection rate was actually closer to 10% of the world’s population or about 780,000,000 people. If this were true and the Covid-19 death rate is what it is, then the IFR of Covid-19 is closer to .0013% or nothing to destroy the world over.
Why isn’t this information from the World Health Organization getting broadcast from our media outlets far and wide with joyous tidings? Yes, Virginia, we’ve got to protect the vulnerable Boomers, but collective punishment is over. We don’t have to endure the shame and intrusion of a ‘new normal’. We can go back to the way things were which weren’t great, but it wasn’t the Zombie Apocalypse either.
As the information pours in about the efficacy or lack-there-of of lockdowns, masks, and the danger of the virus itself, why does establishment power double-down on restrictions, and setting expectations to suffer prolonged effects from the pandemic? Why the exercise of power when none is needed?
The numbers are certainly in when it comes to who has profited from Pandemic 2020. The already rich and powerful are richer and more powerful than ever, while the already poor and powerless have fallen further into poverty and marginalization. Billionaires alone have made more than a half trillion dollars during Pandemic 2020. The United States is still hemorrhaging the better part of a million jobs a week, and tens of millions have been thrown out of work in 2020. About 20% of the population is food, and eviction challenged today, with the number expected to rise dramatically as savings, and credit cards are tapped out.
Why? For what purpose? To save lives? To protect health? Or are other agendas in play? Crises are fertile ground for the implementation of agendas. 911, a completely non-investigated crime, gave us the Patriot Act which was written well before 911, and never read by those who voted for Dystopia. The revelations of Edward Snowden showed that in the eyes of the government citizens are terrorists who need 24/7 surveillance and control. Pandemic 2020 continues the effort with ‘contact tracing’ and Vaccine Passports; comply to play. Big Brother is your friend.
Some suggest Pandemic 2020 is a dress rehearsal for the ‘real thing.’ Pandemics, as infamously and recently as last year, are gamed at great expense to arrive at predetermined outcomes in the case of an actual event. We don’t know why Western Civilization ran with the original 3.4% IFR given at the beginning of the pandemic which gave rise to tsunamis of fear, and the disruption and destruction of society which has left a wake of disaster as politicians never admit mistakes. Why does Power continue to play to panic and fret when the facts point toward a happy ending?
When one looks at the Excess Mortality Rate, we can see Covid-19 drove excess mortality for about two months — April and May 2020. Covid-19 is not a hoax. But it is also not the plague.
The truth is we don’t know what or where this virus came from. The Chinese Government with the help of trusted academics and scientists tried to establish a naturally occurring, though freakish, explanation for the virus. Just one of those sloppy animal market things. Great efforts have been made to create belief in the ‘natural’ creation story of Sars-cov-2. Folks like to talk about science, but who’s science? Never mind the thousands of doctors, nurses and medical professionals who have signed letters pleading for open inquiry against the ‘authority’ of corporate medicine’s influence of government. And let’s not bring up the research into the Sars-cov-2 viral genome itself, led by renegade Chinese scientists and others who have broken open the genetic sequence to show that the only place Sars-cov-2 ‘bat’ virus could have come from is a laboratory. The question of an accidental or malevolent release from the lab to the city is obviously relevant, but that truth is not forthcoming in the data.
So much information is known now that wasn’t known months, weeks, and even days ago with the admission by the WHO that the global infection rate was much higher than anyone had publicly expressed, which means that the IFR is much lower than the fear-mongering hysteria by Establishment Experts.
So why continue the charade of fear and loathing and the new normal of “Alone. Together.”
